Why, it’s Savannah Guthrie, NBC News White House correspondent and co-anchor of MSNBC’s The Daily Rundown, acting in a little skit for the president she’s supposed to be covering! Lest you think this was just found footage they threw in Daily Show-style, and former press secretary Joe Lockhart’s terrible acting wasn’t enough of a dead giveway, you’ll notice there’s no MSNBC logo, ostensibly because the people in charge of that sort of thing didn’t approve it (apparently cartoon movies have more journalistic integrity than this dumb video). Someone should give her all the Peabodys in the world.
