Watched a bunch of Seinfeld recently, I hadn’t really seen much of it before… OK I knew “serenity now” was a Seinfeld thing, but I never knew the context until now and… what the hell. The catchphrase isn’t funny, the episode sucks, I get the impression people in the 90s were just like “well, I guess this is the thing we have to say now”
